The club we wished we'd had.
"Real growth doesn't happen in isolation. It happens through connection, consistency, and a few people who'll notice if you disappear."
We're a community-led space for people ready to take action on what matters, build sustainable habits, and create real change. Without the pressure of perfection, and without doing it alone.
"This started because I needed it."
I've been building businesses for 25 years. Fifty-something of them, two exits. The thing that kept me honest, on the days I didn't feel like showing up, was never a planner or a productivity app. It was other people who'd notice if I disappeared.
So I built that, for myself first. Then for the people who showed up to the early calls because they'd been quietly drifting too. The Accountability Club is the room I wished I'd had.
If you've started and stopped a dozen times this year, you're who this is for. Come in. We're glad you're here.
Meet the team
The people who host the calls, run the pods, and notice when you go quiet.

With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, I've built, scaled, and explored more than 50 businesses across diverse industries, including two successful exits. I started the Accountability Club because I personally needed accountability, and saw the potential in building a space where others could find the same.
As founder, I lead the vision and direction of the community, creating a place where entrepreneurs and goal-driven individuals connect, support each other, and make real progress. My passion for building communities and inspiring growth is at the heart of everything the club stands for.
Day to day, I steer the evolution of the club and foster an environment of accountability, connection, and action. My goal is simple: to help members follow through on what matters most to them.

I've always been fascinated by what helps people create meaningful, lasting change. Whether I'm building a business, pursuing a creative dream, or developing healthier habits, I believe we're all capable of creating lives we're proud of. Sometimes all it takes is a little encouragement, a clear plan, and someone in your corner reminding you to keep going.
I'm Khatie Krisztian, an entrepreneur, creative, and lifelong student of personal growth. I own a handcrafted jewelry brand, have spent years in sales and business development, and have had the privilege of supporting thousands of people through online habit-building communities. No matter the setting, my favorite part has always been the people. I love helping others recognize their potential, celebrate progress, and take the next step toward the life they're creating.
Accountability has changed my own life in ways I never expected, and it's one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. We don't have to do hard things alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel encouraged, supported, and inspired to keep the promises you make to yourself.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me designing jewelry, writing, reading, spending time with my animals, or dreaming up my next creative project. I believe progress is built one intentional choice at a time, and I'm excited to be part of your journey.
"The moment someone begins believing they're capable of more, everything starts to shift."

I've spent my career building things both literally and figuratively. I've owned several businesses of my own, served as Vice President and General Manager of a specialty lumber company, and currently work as an M&A Broker and Fractional COO, helping business owners buy, sell, and run their companies. For me, one of the most satisfying parts of any business I've been a part of, has been the people. Building teams and working with people to reach their potential has always been one of the major reasons I keep coming back.
As a facilitator, I'm inspired by all the people I interact with during the Accountability Hour. I always come away from the calls renewed, invigorated and inspired to move forward with my own goals and stay accountable to others.
Born and raised in New York I am a die-hard Yankees and Islanders fan. Outside of work, I'm happiest outdoors, in the gym lifting, on the golf course, or training in martial arts. I'm also a reader and an artist at heart, always sketching when I get the chance.

BRIDGE
Six values that spell how we help people move from intention to action. Together.
Balance has seasons
Balance does not mean everything is equal all the time. Capacity changes, seasons change, people change. Real balance works with that reality.
Roundtable wisdom
We seek out other viewpoints and value what people bring. When people engage honestly together, shared wisdom emerges.
Identity drives action
What you have depends on what you do, and what you do depends on who you believe you are. We help people connect action to identity.
Different, not broken
I am different. You are different. That is not a flaw to fix, it is the starting point. We embrace different needs, rhythms, and ways of making progress.
Growth happens in conversation
Conversation is where insight, encouragement, and momentum come from. We listen, speak, learn together, and grow by being present with each other.
Every win matters
Celebrating wins matters because wins are evidence of progress. We notice effort, courage, consistency, and every small step forward.
