Accountability Club
Hero background

The club we wished we'd had.

A high-standards community for people who keep promising themselves they'll follow through.

"Real growth doesn't happen in isolation. It happens through connection, consistency, and a few people who'll notice if you disappear."

We're a community-led space for people ready to take action on what matters, build sustainable habits, and create real change. Without the pressure of perfection, and without doing it alone.

From the founder

"This started because I needed it."

I've been building businesses for 25 years. Fifty-something of them, two exits. The thing that kept me honest, on the days I didn't feel like showing up, was never a planner or a productivity app. It was other people who'd notice if I disappeared.

So I built that, for myself first. Then for the people who showed up to the early calls because they'd been quietly drifting too. The Accountability Club is the room I wished I'd had.

If you've started and stopped a dozen times this year, you're who this is for. Come in. We're glad you're here.

Our values

BRIDGE

Six values that spell how we help people move from intention to action. Together.

B

Balance has seasons

Balance does not mean everything is equal all the time. Capacity changes, seasons change, people change. Real balance works with that reality.

R

Roundtable wisdom

We seek out other viewpoints and value what people bring. When people engage honestly together, shared wisdom emerges.

I

Identity drives action

What you have depends on what you do, and what you do depends on who you believe you are. We help people connect action to identity.

D

Different, not broken

I am different. You are different. That is not a flaw to fix, it is the starting point. We embrace different needs, rhythms, and ways of making progress.

G

Growth happens in conversation

Conversation is where insight, encouragement, and momentum come from. We listen, speak, learn together, and grow by being present with each other.

E

Every win matters

Celebrating wins matters because wins are evidence of progress. We notice effort, courage, consistency, and every small step forward.

Ready to follow through?

Pick a small commitment. Get placed in a pod. Start showing up. We'll be there when you do.
