What happens in a Pod?

What you’re joining

A small group with a stake in your progress

You bring your goal. The other members bring theirs. Together, you become each other’s accountability partners. We call that group a Pod.

Each week, you meet on a live video call to say what you’ve done, work through what’s getting in the way, and commit to your next action. Your coach guides the session and keeps it focused.

Next week, you’re not explaining your goal to strangers again. You’re coming back to people who remember what you said you would do.

Your Pod, at a glance

  • A weekly 60-minute call with the same small group
  • A trained accountability coach to guide the conversation
  • Time to report on your goal and recognise your progress
  • Weekly hot-seat sessions to work through a sticking point
  • One clear commitment to act on before the next call
  • Check-ins between meetings so the support continues

You’re a participant, not an audience member. Everyone brings a goal and supports the others.

What it feels like to have support

I'm part of a small pod within this club, and it's been a great way to stay on track with my goals.

Each week a few of us meet to share progress, support each other, and hold one another accountable. Everyone's working on very different things, from personal goals to business and career ones, but the shared structure keeps us all moving forward.

Our coach does a brilliant job keeping the atmosphere supportive while still making sure people are genuinely making progress, not just talking about it.

If you want a consistent, encouraging rhythm of accountability, whatever your goal, I'd highly recommend it.

Make this the week you move it forward

The project that keeps slipping. The business idea still in your notebook. The change you keep meaning to make. A Pod gives that goal a regular place in your week, and people who will ask how it’s going.

Know your next step

Turn a goal that feels overwhelming into something you can act on this week.

Follow through with support

You’ve told your group what you’ll do. Knowing you’ll talk about it next week gives that action a reason to stay on your calendar.

Build confidence through action

Notice the steps you’ve actually taken. Each completed commitment gives you something to build on, not another plan to restart.

The weekly accountability call has become part of my strategy to develop better consistency

It not only has raised my awareness, and sharpened my initiative, but has also given me a forum of like-minded individuals who actually care whether I get the job done.

How your goal becomes a weekly commitment

Join your group, share what you’re working towards, then build a rhythm of action and accountability.

Join a Pod, share your goal, then repeat the weekly call, action and check-in cycle to work towards your goal.

Here’s what happens on the call

You’re there to move your own goal forward and help others do the same. Your coach keeps the session structured, with time to reflect, get support and commit.

  1. Look back, without beating yourself up

Share what you did, what went well and what got in the way.

  2. Work through a sticking point

Weekly hot-seat sessions give a member focused attention from the coach and group. Bring a challenge, hear other perspectives, and explore a way forward.

  3. Choose what you’ll do next

Leave with a clear action towards your goal, shared with your group.

  4. Take action, with people in your corner

Work on your goal between calls, stay connected, and come back to share how it went.

I look forward to the weekly calls to hear about everyone's journey and share my own goals.

The community is incredibly supportive and I'm thankful to have made the connection.

Knowing I'll be held to account gives me that extra push to stay on track.

For example

From “I need to launch my website” to a step you can take

You arrive with a project you’ve been putting off. On the call, you talk through what’s stopping you and choose a specific commitment: finish the homepage copy by Friday.

Through the week, you do the work and check in with your Pod. On your next call, you share what happened. Finished it? Choose the next step. Got stuck? Look at why, and make a useful adjustment.

The website is still your project. But keeping it moving is no longer something you have to do entirely alone.

You don’t need a perfect week to belong here

Some weeks you’ll do what you planned. Others won’t go that way. Both are worth talking about.

Your group will ask how it went, listen to what got in the way, and help you think about your next step. You’re expected to take part and be honest, not to have it all figured out.

Support doesn’t mean nobody asks. Accountability doesn’t mean you have to pretend everything went well.

The Accountability club is energizing! I love meeting like-minded people and feel inspired listening to others' goals and aspirations.

I don't feel alone in my struggles any longer and have learned to reframe obstacles into learning opportunities

Bring the goal that matters to you

It doesn’t have to impress anyone else. Start with one thing you’d like to move forward.

  • Finish the project that keeps slipping
  • Take the next step in your business
  • Make time for writing or creative work
  • Build a routine you can keep coming back to

You don’t have to be working on the same thing as everyone else. What you share is a willingness to take action, talk honestly and help each other keep going.

My experience at the Accountability Club has been great!

Sunil and the rest of his team know what they are doing when it comes to motivation and accountability.

Other members of the community are serious about improving their lives and supporting others to accomplish their goals. I especially liked the special cohort we had reading and discussing "Atomic Habits" by James Clear.

Also, there are so many tools on the website to help us on our journey. I highly recommend being part of this group!

A few things you might be wondering

Is this one accountability partner or a group?

It’s a group. A Pod brings together up to twelve members, guided by a trained accountability coach. You each work towards your own goal and act as accountability partners for one another.

What happens after I sign up?

You can browse Pods in the member app and apply to one that fits your goal and schedule. Pods marked “Starting soon” take waiting-list sign-ups instead. Check current availability before joining; payment does not reserve a Pod place.

What is a hot seat?

It’s focused time for a member to bring a challenge to the coach and group. The aim is to explore what’s getting in the way and identify a useful next step. It isn’t an interrogation or a presentation.

What if I miss a call?

Life happens. Stay connected with your group where you can and come back to the next session. If the regular time isn’t working for you, let us know so we can explore a better fit.

What if I haven’t worked out my goal yet?

You don’t need a perfect plan. Bring something you’d like to move forward. The process starts with choosing one meaningful goal and a manageable next action.

How much time will I need?

The group meets online for 60 minutes each week. Between calls, you work on the action you’ve chosen and stay connected with your Pod. The time needed for that action depends on your goal.

Will I have to speak in front of everyone?

You’ll be invited to share your progress and your next action with the group. There’s no presentation to prepare. A facilitator guides the session, and you don’t need to share personal details to explain what you’re working on.

What if I don’t do what I said I would?

Come back and talk honestly about it. Looking at what got in the way helps you choose what to do next. You don’t need to wait for a successful week to take part.

Is this another course to finish?

No. The core is your weekly group and the action you take towards your own goal. The extra sessions and resources are available when they’re useful to you.

What approach do the sessions use?

We call it POWER: choose a precise goal, understand why it matters, share your commitment with others, take action, then review and repeat. You’ll put it into practice together, rather than having to study it first.

Can I get a feel for the Club before joining?

Yes. Our free workshops are a way to experience our approach before deciding. They are separate events, rather than a trial of your own weekly Pod. See upcoming workshops.
