Creating a space built on respect, honesty, and accountability

Our Accountability Club community is the heart of what we do, so it's vital to us that we foster a safe space where everyone feels welcome and empowered to reach their goals, wherever they are on their journey.

Our Community Values

We’re a warm, welcoming community of busy professionals who are up to great things in the world. Here’s how we can all participate in creating a kind and inclusive community:

Leave your ego at the door:
Approach the community ready to share, learn, and grow.

Show respect:
Treat yourself and other members with kindness and consideration.

Be genuine and authentic:
Be yourself and engage with honesty.

Participate and contribute:
Share your experiences, knowledge, and ideas with intention.

Speak from experience and knowledge:
Focus on what you know, avoiding opinions—anyone can have those.

Uphold the guidelines by leading with example:
Feel empowered to support other members who might need a reminder.

Networking and Solicitation

We encourage connecting, networking, and knowledge-sharing among members. However, we ask that you:

  • Refrain from solicitation, self-promotion, or commodification in the general channels.
  • Use the Member's Corner for any services, products, or opportunities you'd like to share.

Etiquette for Direct Messages (DMs)

Please only DM another member if:

  • You’ve already connected through the Accountability Club channels or the Accountability Club.
  • The member has invited you to DM them.

Engagement and Participation

Accountability Club thrives on active participation. If we notice a lack of engagement over an extended period, we will:

  • Send a notification encouraging you to re-engage.
  • If inactivity persists or becomes a recurring pattern, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently exclude the membership.
