Weekly Accountability Calls
This is a weekly working session for people who want to follow through on what they say they will do.
Most people who join are already capable and doing fine by traditional standards. What brings them is something more subtle, the feeling that life gets busy, distractions stack up, and the goals that matter slowly drift.
This meetup exists to interrupt that drift and replace it with clarity, simple commitments, and momentum.
We start on time. Join a couple of minutes early if you'd like to settle in and say hi.
How the session works
This is not a lecture. It's a guided session designed to help you reflect, choose your focus, and leave with a clear plan for the week ahead.
-
Wins
We begin by sharing wins from the past week.
Wins matter because they provide evidence of progress. No win is too small, showing up, taking action, and following through all count.
This part helps shift focus away from guilt and towards momentum.
-
Goals for the week ahead
Next, you will set goals for the coming week.
We focus on actions and habits, not vague intentions. What are you actually going to do, and what will you complete this week?
You will also decide how you'll celebrate following through. Celebration reinforces identity and helps consistency stick.
-
Momentum Moment
Each week we introduce a short, focused topic called the Momentum Moment.
This is a practical reflection or question designed to sharpen thinking and surface what really matters. It might challenge how you prioritise, how you avoid certain tasks, or how you define progress.
The aim is not theory. It's insight you can apply immediately.
-
Takeaways
We close by naming what we are taking away from the call.
A clear takeaway turns insight into action. It might be a single commitment, a question to sit with, or a habit to start before the next session.
Saying it out loud makes it real, and gives the group something to ask about next week.
Breakout rooms and connection
We use breakout rooms to create real connection in smaller groups.
This is a chance to speak, be heard, and meet others who are also working on their goals.
We encourage cameras on where possible, it makes the conversation feel more human, and helps everyone stay present.
Why attend
- You want your actions to match your intentions.
- You're tired of setting goals and watching them drift.
- You value being around people who take commitments seriously.
- You want structure without judgement.
- You want consistency, not a motivation spike.
- You want momentum that builds week after week.
Common questions
Why do doors close after 5 minutes?
We use breakout rooms in small groups, and they're set up once the session begins. Letting people in after that disrupts the rooms already underway.
Can I join just to listen with my camera off?
No. This session is designed for active participation with cameras on. If you can't join fully, it's better to attend another time.
I missed the last session, is that OK?
Absolutely. You can share wins from the past week and jump straight back in.
Is this event free?
Yes, it's free to attend.
Will the session be recorded?
No, sessions are never recorded.
